By accessing or using PixoGrid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PixoGrid is a cloud-based platform that provides AI-powered photo organization, face recognition, and delivery services for event photographers and studios. We provide tools for event management, attendee registration, photo processing, and gallery delivery.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PixoGrid and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Enterprise customers may be eligible for specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with guaranteed uptime and support response times. SLAs are detailed in separate agreements.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay fees. We will provide notice when possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period. You may export your data before termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXOGRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixoGrid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
