How accurate is the AI face recognition?
Our AI face recognition technology achieves 99.8% accuracy in matching faces to registered attendees. The system uses advanced machine learning algorithms trained on millions of faces. For any unmatched faces, you can manually review and assign them to attendees.
How long does it take to process photos?
Photo processing typically takes 2-5 minutes per 100 photos, depending on the number of faces detected. Processing happens automatically in the background, and you'll receive notifications when it's complete. For large events with thousands of photos, batch processing ensures efficient handling.
Can I customize the guest gallery appearance?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include full custom branding capabilities. You can upload your logo, choose custom colors, fonts, and styling to match your brand. You can also customize email templates and notification messages.
What happens if someone isn't registered?
Photos with unmatched faces are flagged for review. You can manually assign these photos to attendees, or mark them as event-wide photos that all guests can access. The system learns from your corrections to improve future matching.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Photos are stored securely in AWS S3 with strict access controls. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Free plans include 5GB of storage. Pro plans include 100GB, and Enterprise plans include unlimited storage. Storage is calculated based on original file sizes, and we automatically optimize photos for web delivery.
